So I took a while off from PE due to an injury and I am gradually getting back into my routine slowly but surly. I picked up the ruler and decided to measure, I am now back to my starting size of about 6.5-6.75 NBPEL when I was about 7.1 a month ago and I am now back down to 7.25 BPEL when i was about 7.6 a month ago as well. Will these gains return and if so how long will it take to get them back? I have an [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] on the way which i am going to be picking up within a week or so and am going to start up the 1" in 12 week routine. I am really hoping to get these gains back soon and hopefully more, I am hoping to get to at least 7.5 NBPEL by the end of June. Thank you brothers. :)
 
I have more experience with girth, but the standard wisdom is that about 1/2" of your enlarged size is temp gains, so you can pretty much count on losing that much. Get to 8, and you'll keep 7.5, etc. so my goal is 8.5-8.75 because I wanna keep at least 8, but not much more. Girth seems to be more like .25, so I'm gonna shoot for 6.5-6.75 so I can keep at least 6.25. Keep the faith, brother.

True brother thanks for your words of wisdom! Once I get my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] in I am going to start trying to cement some gains so they will stick with me. It's just annoying when you e made some decent progress and then all of a sudden you stop for a bit and it's all gone. Apparently once you get back on track those gains that you lost Coke back pretty quick! Hopefully that's true :)

Just get back to the intensity you were before. When I did my masturbation experiment I went from 7.25 BPEL to 6.25 BPEL with masturbation + no PE for 2-3 months and then I quickly gained it back within a week. So it might take you a little longer but you'll get it back soon

The 1inch in 12 weeks routine is a great one :).
You'll be glad you started it and completely forget about the lost gains ;)

I think once i get to 9x6 (which shouldn't take long) i'll be set for life. Then after that the girth gains to 6.5/7 will just be purely out of ego.

No way, I don't want to lose size like that, and even if, it is a temporary state. The thing men need to realize is once things become permeant they are not going back. Probably one great reason to first and foremost do PE for yourself.
And yes, gains once cemented are permented. And even though I've experienced this myself, PE is still a miracle to me and I'm thankful for having found it everyday.

Ya I'm hoping to get to about 8" nbpel by 6" mseg by the end of 2016. My girlfriend is about 5'2" and she is happy with me 6.75 nbpel by 5" mseg but I feel that she would like my goal size.

I've always been about 5" girth so when I stopped training it never went down, it stayed the same throughout. I've never been too into girth so I've never really trained it but just recently I've started to pick up on small girth sessions to ease into what I'm hoping to be better girth sessions in the near future! At one point my nbpel was about 7" but after I stopped training for about a month it went down to just above 6.5" and now it's slowly starting to go back up

Yeah, I think just like muscle once you trained it beyond a certain point it will always go back to that point quicker than before. Consistency is key.

Besides the PC muscles, the rules of building muscles doesn't really apply that much to PE.

You will get the gains back relatively soon,it's like muscle-memory :) .You didn't cement your gains , so because you stopped doing PE,gains were lost.Get back to work,in 2-3 weeks,maybe one month , you should have your gains back :)

I'm shooting for 9 inches length all the way, I want a cemented 8.5 inches.
