My name´s Fabio Lemos and I´m from Portugal! I´m 27 years old and I´m practicing Jelq for 2 months! Until now I had no results...! But, I´ll go on with it!!!!

Here, we have measures in cms, but I´ll write mine in inches.

So, my measures are:

6,5 " (BPenis EnlargementL) of lenght and 4,84 " of circunference!


I think I´ve a thin penis for my lenght! I intend to gain manly Thickness!!!! Lenght will be afer, because at the moment I only want thickness. I intend to reach, at least 5,5 " of circunference. It´s hard, I know...! It´s more dificult to gain thickness than lenght...!

My main goal we´ll be to reach 7" lenght x 6"!

Welcome Fabio! You are in the right place Your goals sound very realistic and I think with a few adjustments you will reach them sooner than you think. After 2 months of jelqing with no gains I think it is safe to move on to a more powerful exercise.
