"20 minutes" is a loose guideline. It's not (like most advice in Penis Enlargement) meant to be a 'cookie cutter', perfect example for every man to go by. You may only be able to go for 10 minutes per set at first. The BIB style hanger grips the entire penis structure from the inside out. Vac hangers, like you are transitioning from, only grip the outer penis and are nowhere near as effective comparatively speaking.
You've got a learning curve ahead of you for sure, but if you work through it, you'll be glad you did. I posted a link in your other "HELP!!!" (really dude?) thread. That's where BIB himself is nearly daily. I suggest getting some direct coaching from him and his understudies over there. There aren't many guys as well versed in the BIB hangers over here. Myself, I honestly just don't care enough about advising on hanging or the BIB hangers anymore. Just being real.
