head moving away???

OK, I might just be getting paranoid (interestingly I have been diagnosed with paranoia tendencies) but I started stretching a couple days ago and I feel like my head is moving out of place. Like it's going to pop away at some point while I'm stretching. I think it has moved upwards, as in further away from my shaft. Could that be possible? When I stretch I grab right under it so I'm thinking I pushed the head away from my shaft? Do you think that's possible or is it all in my head? (excuse the pun)

You cant tear the glans away from the main penile shaft. It has a strong ligament attached, so your okay. I have noticed now more so, that when I grip underneath the glans with the skin pulled back and stretch that it seems to go further out. This area can also be lengthen and is not really known. Penis has ligament here, the one we all know which attaches to base of body and than the ligs that attach inside the body to the root.

Hey Red, are you actually saying we do have ligaments at the glans or where the head meets our penis ?

Medical science says it;

fundiform
suspensory
distal

The one which attaches the glans to the penis shaft is the DISTAL ... we all know about SUSPenis EnlargementNSORY, this attaches the external penis to the abdomen wall (pubic region) while the FUNDIFORM ligament is further inside the body and anchors the internal streuctures to the root. This prevents the penis being yanked out literally from inside the body. Makes sense why the penis is so strong ... its not all about the suspensory ligament, but in time once one gets more advanced they can attack the fundiform with stretches such as DLD's expressive stretches that hit more of that.

Usually you will find so called dubbed tunica stretches such as pulling straight up and OTS (Over the shoulder) hanging with weights will place a a great amount of stress to that region.

I always do my basic stretches with my f/skin pulled back and than gripping right underneath the glans. You are limited though to the amount of force with this and Stillwantmore underlines the limitations of glans stretching here.

What I do, to pad this issue, is pull a slight amount of foreskin over the base of the glans or the corona and grip from there. You can always try wrapping the head with a small shred of soft cloth, using rubber or latex gloves, using sports gloves like leather golf gloves or weight lifting gloves.

Thanks for the info Red and Max, so since we do have ligaments at the glans I guess it makes sense to do stretches pulling on the glans itself, this way we stretch all the ligaments at once.

DLD, Red says that science proves that we do have ligaments at our glans, so all I'm saying is that if it is true then it makes sense to do pulls/stretches holding our glans, that way every ligament gets stretched all at once.

But the skin on and around your glands is much more sensitive than the skin about .5 -1 inch below the glands.
