Have had the baseball bat look forever need help!

So this looks like a real good forum and was wondering if I could get an answer on how to fix this? I just passed 5.25 girth but now the base is lacking and its starting to get noticeable!

I had a very baseball shaped unit, I did a huge amount, and still do a huge amount of heavy downward bundled stretches. I find they really help add base girth. Early last year I gained quite a lot and a lot of it was actually internal penis that I had pulled through, and it was very thin. It was really unusual.
