Have a theory about making stretching more efficient and individualized.

My thoughts:

I have noticed when stretching that some directions seem to have a harder end feel. Meaning you stretch your dick one way(ex. down and left) and it just feels like your pulling your dick. You stretch your dick another way(ex. down and right) and you feel like youre getting a lig burn or it just feels tighter.

Knowing that the body will do its best to try to maintain symmetry. This theory is an applied theory in weight lifting. ex. Your chest wont grow as fast if you only focus on chest exercises and dont incorporate back exercises as well. If you only do chest exercises, you will eventually get shoulder problems. Alot of the time this shoulder problem can be fixed by doing back exercises(being vague with this example).

The body also wont allow or try its hardest to stop you from pulling your dick out of alignment. So in thinking about this if you are stretching your dick and you feel almost nothing in one position and then a similar position feels a burn. You then would want to focus MORE of your attention but not ALL of your attention on trying to make this "tight" position loosen up. Then you can be in more symmetry so you can grow faster. If you dont do this my theory is that you will spinning your wheels and not allowing your body to grow as fast as it can because your body simply wants to stay in balance.

Makes sense in the physical therapy world so I cant think of any reason it shouldnt be applied to Penis Enlargement.

I totally understand what you mean because i bodybuild as well myself. It makes a lot of sense all though i don't really know the first thing about P.E beyond the basics lol

I have now been using this approach to stretching for almost 3 weeks now. After 4 months of no length gains, I have finally gained 1/4 inch. :) I have to say not bad for 3 weeks work.

When I stretch if I notice I dont feel one direction of the stretch that much or at all I just dont stretch that much or at all that way. I spend the same total amount of time stretching. I just focus on the directions that feel the most pull.

I notice this on one side in particular but the reason is because a vein runs down that side and stress is being put on that vein.
