Personally I experienced gains up until 1.5cm=0.59" every three months.

I agree with DLD, great routine man! Mine is a pared down version with the hanging removed, but otherwise almost identical. I’ve had the PF for 6 months now and have logged just shy of 1200 hours. I measured the other day and have gained 1/2” putting me at 8.25 BPEL, super excited about that, time to shoot for 9”!

I gained at least 3/4" length in about 7 months from nothing but the PF and Bathmate. I think they work amazing together, but i would not have gained length from the BM alone.
Sadly, I plateaued with those as my only means of PE, so I've revamped my routine to further my gains.

Looking back that kinda makes me laugh but I also thought I was only gonna do PE for 6 months because every extender advertisement said wear this for 6 months and....
My newbie gains came from wearing a PF for ~1,800 hours (but zero, nadda, not a fricken smidgen gained the first 3-1/2 months).
Total gained from the PF 1-1/8” +/- 1/16”
As for the night time wear, I used to be able to get about 3 plus hours of night time wear in before erections would wake me up and i’d take it off.
4 plus weeks into my RedZulu routine tho, I am getting silly hard erections earlier in my sleep pattern and now barely get two hours logged before an erection has me removing it.

After newbie gains I found it damn near impossible to make any additional gains. I forced through things and made little ass gains slowly by trying everything I could think of. After squeezing out ~5/8” more length in the following 12 months things slowed down even more to where I started second guessing myself.

Some great help in the thread but about half way down the first page RedZulu went out of his way to help me and created a new routine for me that I have faith in again and damn it feels good to trust in a routine again.
