I have been trying to fine a method on here for hanging. Can anybody help with this. I'm a grower not a shower and my girth gains have been great but I want to take the next step in length. have a look at the hanging around section at the top is the snake hanger, homemade. with a bit of know how and can do you can be hanging shortly

There are a few good homemade hangers you can make. The easiest being the Captains Wrench (Wench) which can be made for under 10 dollars. From here there are a multitude of other ways to make a hanger, one of the best homemade versions being the Snake Choker by KingSnake. When considering heavy hanging it becomes important to consider a better hanger and learning the proper wrapping methods to hang. For me, mastering the wrapping meant being able to hang 3x the weight I was able prior. Remember also that hanging is a HUGE commitment requiring much time and effort to gain. Most hangers will have a routine that lasts from 3-8 hours (in sets) depending on their time, privacy and dedication.
