It is just a theory like almost everything else in Penis Enlargement. I was doing it all wrong, but I went on bib hangers forum and figured out how to start. Right now I am hanging 5 sets for 20 minutes 5 lbs. Going to increase to 6 sets in a week. I am now doing BTC angle until I stop gaining at this angle. After I get to 6 sets, I will start increasing weight by like half a pound per week.
