I am wondering whether I am doing myself a disservice by alternating hanging + girth routines. I've recently been doing a bit of hanging and while I've seen moderate gains starting to develop I also felt as if my penis looked (and felt) a hair skinnier. This sort of bugged me out so I started going for girth in an effort to 'even out' the gains. I know many guys say to stick with one or the other (or do they not?) but am I potentially messing with my gains if I alternate between the two? I remember when I was doing a bit of clamping my penis looked a tad shorter so I started going for length again.. I just hate having uneven gains :/
