Rolls up easily and holds firmly. Holds up to 2 lbs. I connected mine to a thigh strap I have. The price is $30, no shipping and I got mine in 3 days. It is easy to use and comfortable for long useage. No, I have no connection to the maker. Hope you like also.
 
Its a silicone tube you roll up (looking like a donut), then unroll over your penis head. There is a hook on the end for attachments.

Yes. Its quite comfortable for me. It is much thicker than the same type sleeves found at:
http://www.autoextender.com/xleeve.html
And it is much cheaper. The maker claims it can be worn at night because it can expand and contract. I have not tried the all night routine yet. But I can confirm that it can be worn all day without discomfort. It is easy to roll on and off. I'll let you no if there are any longer term problems.
 
Ordered one, I will let you know how it is once I get it. It is coming from California and I am in California as well so I suspect it wont take long!

edit: Did it come with a leg/thigh strap? Or should I get one?

I first powdered generously and then rolled the silicon sleeve over the glans. It worked fine all night, no discomfort.
 
Two pounds of force is good for healing in the extended state but without 24 hour non-stop usage it won't cause growth. It may make your tissues stronger. The price isn't bad but I wouldn't consider a device like this. Watch out for blistering during long wear times.
 
There are photos on EBay. Actually the maker says 4 pounds of weight are possible. I don't use this as a weight hanger like the Bib. I attach it to a strap on my calf and and keep that constant tension all day. This is not a substitute for DLD's program but a down time supplement.
 
As I said before I'm leary about leg-straps and belt loops and other "all day devices". I never got anywhere with them and when I finally decided to get serious I wonder if they toughened me up. I must be misunderstood. I never made any claims this was too good to be true, or the single thing one should do. DLD has often said that a static [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ace bandage[/words] wrap of the extended flaccid penis is beneficial. This is similar because it keeps the flaccid penis stretched to its near max length for extended periods. DLD, if I misinterpreted this, please correct me. Thanks.
 
I like it alot, but its tricky to prevent fluid build up, you really got to get yourself to the very end of it. I slept with it last night for about 6 hours and woke up and it still had me in a nice stretched state. I asked the seller about what to use as a harness and the next day he posted another auction that came with one. I tried the link up top but that auction is completed.

That is fine. It really is a game of what works for you and what does not. I love the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]Ace Bandage[/words] wrap because it benefitted me so much.
