The point of this thread is to compile different girth routines, whether it's a clamping based routine, manuals, pumping, or even those that use cock rings.

The biggest reason I'd like to have a thread like this is to give options that one might use on a given day. The plans don't have to be ornate or anything too spectacular, but I think this will help some of the guys here at [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] break up some of the monotony of their routines by giving them different options as far as the exercises the could use and in different sequences.

A routine I've always liked looks like this:

100 Jelqs
5 Uli Squeezes held for 30 seconds

Follow this for 3 rotations to start and progress to 6 over a period of 2 weeks.


Another routine that proved very successful would be

500 jelqs (done consecutively)

Superset 3 sets of 5 reps
Uli Squeezes
Horse 440
Dual Squash Jelq

I don't use the count method I just go by time..as minutes and hours..the girth routine that I have been using lately that seems to be working pretty well is

25 min jelqs w/ bends
25 min [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]'s and
35 min clamp session

i spend about an 1 1/2hr a night on this routine and it leaves me pretty plump...i don't expect anyone to start doing this right off the bat..you should definitely condition yourself before you try any of these exercises and routines that are gonna show up in this thread
 
i dont really count reps either, i go by time and quality of the pump im getting.

right now i only do single hand slow intense jelques for about 35-40 mins
 
one thing I noticed my girth coming very slowly. I been on this new program right now focusing on girth, cuz I been pretty much focusin on lentgh this whole year, feel me? Only thing ima say its a 1 on 1 off routine , I feel like girth blowin up rigth now.
 
man, im like that now, my girth just wont budge lately, which is why i changed my routine. last time i gained i went from 5.25 to 5.75 in the space of about 3 days, it was f*cking crazy. i struggle to even get a good pump now :(

had a real good session this morning though :) time to get to 6 eg baby!
 
It seems that with a little bit of jelqing that my girth always takes off. I've got a few ideas regarding girth that I'm working with at the moment, but I'm still focused on my length goals. I think jelqing should be a part of any and every girth routine because of the awesome penile health benefits that come along with regular jelqing. We can always get the awesome expansion using squeezes and clamping but these don't seem to have the same effect on blood flow and erection health as jelqing. I think the biggest difference between jelqing and everything else is the fact that it's done at a lesser erection level, and it's quite possible to expand the CC beyond it's normal capacity when it's under lesser internal pressure.
