The point of this thread is to compile different girth routines, whether it's a clamping based routine, manuals, pumping, or even those that use cock rings.
The biggest reason I'd like to have a thread like this is to give options that one might use on a given day. The plans don't have to be ornate or anything too spectacular, but I think this will help some of the guys here at [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] break up some of the monotony of their routines by giving them different options as far as the exercises the could use and in different sequences.
A routine I've always liked looks like this:
100 Jelqs
5 Uli Squeezes held for 30 seconds
Follow this for 3 rotations to start and progress to 6 over a period of 2 weeks.
Another routine that proved very successful would be
500 jelqs (done consecutively)
Superset 3 sets of 5 reps
Uli Squeezes
Horse 440
Dual Squash Jelq
