Hey, I am sitting here at the moment with stats of 8 and a bit"bp and 5.6" girth, with a 7.75"nbp measurement. For ages(i started doing pe on and off in late 2003), i have been trying to gain. Problem is, i don't really stick with a routine and can't stand stretching

However, this is not too much of a problem, since all i really want is 6" girth (and perhaps an extra .25" length so i could be 8" nbp). I have gained perhaps .25" at the very most in length since i started, despite having done uli's, dry jelqs, wet jelqs and clamping. For example, for the last six weeks my routine has been 5 on 2 off, with 20 mins hard wet jelqing (60-80% erection), followed by 20 mins clamping. I figured this is a pretty good basic girth routine, but ive tried it before for longer with basically no results

What im basically wondering is whether anyone can think up a routine that could get me 0.5" in girth in the shortest amount of time (and im guessing that a routine like this would probably add a tiny bit of length as well, as a tiny bit is all i want, definitely no more than 8.25"). Help out a hard gainer wouldn't u!!:P
 
I'd say stick with clamping just change things up. How engorged do you get when you clamp?? what kind of wrap do you use. As of lately I've been getting some sick expansion with just a few changes. First I realized I would get really good expansion from using the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ace[/words] wrap like alot of people do, but I wrap it about as tight as it'll go like 8 times around the base. It starts to expand before I even put on the clamp and is pretty comfy. Last night I could barely fit my hand around my dick (thumb-middle finger). For starters I do bends now while I'm clamped and this is what really gets me engorged(the DLD squoosh jelq or whatever is what I do while I'm clamped). When I started doing them however I'd get mean fluid build up and there'd be a massive donut right under my head. So last night I bought a new heating pad and made sure my dick stayed as warm as possible. I'd do half of my bends while my dick was in the heating pad, then I'd take it out and edge for a minute or two then wrap the pad around it again, then edge then do some bends etc. It was amazing There was minimal fluid buildup but the inside of my dick(tunica) expanded SOOO much. This morning I woke up and my tunica was soo plump. Like you I was clamping for a while without seeing gains and didn't really understand why. finally after like 4 months I started taking the advice from people around here and Th*nd3rs and made some simple changes and as of lately(month) I know I've gained some good girth.

anway IMO just make sure you're changing things so you really engorge your dick when your clamped, wrap style, bends, heat, double clamps whatever. Make sure you're conditioned though as well....
 
I wuold say if any, follows them good advice, and add another session in making 2 once in morning and again at night, maybe even some moderate jelqing in the afternoon!?!
