Hey guys
i've been Penis Enlargement-ing around since 20 december 09 so its safe to say im at it for a good month
i went from 18.5CM to 19.5/20.5 bone pressed (depends on how hard i am)
however i have not gained anything in girth(varies from 12.7 to 13CM)
I realy wanna get to 6-in girth...(6.5 would be marvelous if possible :cool:)
but WHAT is the best thing to do to add those extra inches in wideness to it :\

my ultimate goal is 9x6.5
 
Girth isn't as noticeable because it takes a lot of additional tissue to measure greater girth. You won't see anything other than swelling in a month. Girth takes months to accumulate. Don't worry about it, just carry on and it will come.
 
well...i used to use bands because i had mild ED because of high stress(education etc)
but they were realy tight and i thought i damaged my dorsal nerve :\

so i was 2 weeks in a routine of just jelqing but i thought i damaged some stuff,i went to a doc and it was my back(bad backs run in the family :\)

so a good week ago i started agian with a routine of 150 jelq's(2 hand strokes a rep) 90 V jelq's stretching and using the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] 20mins a day.

INTENSITY leads to girth gains. Make each rep, each second of your session count.

And when I say intensity I dont mean overtrain cause I know thats what some guys think. Just make your time spent count.

This is why I think counting stinks, it robs me of the right focus and intensity. Set the clock and forget it...train till the alarm goes off and make every moment count.

also,i wont stop till i've got a 9x6.5 monster dangling between my legs :D

don't forget Redzulu too. Those two have made incredible girth gains through clamping. i'm hoping i'll reach their level eventually
 
Yeah girth gains are great but seem to take awhile to see as we look more in terms of length and things getting longer. My advice and this is simple but EFFECTIVE no BS ... with each session you attack the girth, keep things simple and aim to do one thing more .. just one thing you should always strive to improve and thats to try your best to make that cock more expanded and thicker than it was before. Squeeze that cock harder and have it engorged more and in time you will see the gains, because it has to adjust ... this is a stress placed on the body and it adapts by building new thicker tissue.
 
Girth is all about expansion beyond the 100% mark. If expansion happens enough the penis will have to enlarge to handle the blood. As Red said, KISS.

sometimes after a session i tend to have a little aching vein on the right side of my penis
does that mean i'm overtraining? ?:(

Increased vascularity is a very big sign of growth. If the vein become hard and localized it could be thrombosis so be careful.

exactly HOW hard is the best you can be
the moment you just have a huge flaccid or when its ''kinda standing'' if you know what i mean :P (im 20x12.7/13cm's) so i dont realy know where the line is D:
