I think girth should be attack with common sense. In ever routine I do I try to leave no room for era. I might start off with 5-10 min of jelqing to wake my unit up and let it know its time to start pumping some blood down there. Then I will go into bend exercise to make more room for blood. I have recently been doing a new bend/jelq exercise that take me about 30-45 minutes to do each session and I can almost feel my unit trying to make more room for blood towards the end of my sessions. I will release this exercise to other at another time in a thread. then i Edge with ulis for 20-30 seconds. I think squeezes/ulis beat out clamping because when your jerk off you have blood flowing in and out and trapping it in will make your penis fell the need to hold more blood so next time you do this it is not so stressful on the unit. Jerk pretty close to the PONR but not as close I would with a normal edge session. Than I uli and watch the engorgement. then at the end I will some strong reverse kegels and NO CLAMPING OR ULIS at this point. Your penis has to teach itself how to hold more blood on it own. I do this any where from 5-15 minutes. I use all 5 fingers and rub the head of the penis while i reverse kegel in as much blood as possible. at this point your unit should be VERY GIRTHY.
 
Thats what it is all about, taking control of your routine! Customizing and making user preference adjustments with the vast exercises available is so wise. When someone has been Penis Enlargement'ing for a while creating a personal routine is almost necessary.
