Getting back into "the game" of hanging....

I made the decision today. I'm going to start back into hanging as much as I can every day that I can. I should be able to hang between 1 and 2 hours daily depending on my schedule. Still using a BIB Starter model. I'm going to be using the "Hard Core Hanging" methods outlined by Dash here:

Hey guys, I can still say that the high weight is totally the way to go and has taken me 2 1/2" longer from my starting size. Was 5 5/8" and now 8 1/8". Hanging 1-2 hours is a lot and I wish I could do that like you Still. You are going to be an even bigger monster-cocked white boy!!

I take it that you have continued to hang heavy/short and are seeing results? Has your weight tolerance increased significantly?

SWM-
I know you did a routine that followed Dash's method for a while - what did it do for you. Did you notice any results? Anything significant?

I have been hanging 20 minutes per day and 4 days per week. I am still gaining at a rate of 1/8" in two months. At this rate it will take me about 2 1/2 to 3 years to hit my 10" goal. I believe this is a realistic goal and I will stay at it until I get there, no matter what. You should also know that I do some DLD manual stretches as well. Good luck with your gains and be careful!
 
Dash if you increased it to X2 20 min sessions in a 4 days per week you could get done in half the time.
This is what I thinking of myself.
 
Very cool Dash. I ask because I am of the opposite school: Less weight more time. It's interesting to see that I gain at close to the same pace as you do.
That is why I ask about how your weight tolerance/requirement has progressed. Due to the many hours I put in my max weight has never exceeded 12.5lbs. The cost is that I must put in serious time to gain - but I can, such is the nature of my job. There is, admittedly, a big appeal to putting in less time.

So, have you seen your max weight climb higher as you progress?

I'm doing 15 lbs 3 sets of 30-40 min now I've got a friggin vengance after my recent gains!!! I backed off of the 20 lbs it was just too much using a bib starter. It was ok on the original bib. But the starter is much more consentrated on a smaller spot and 20 is too much for this Vet Hanger.
 
I can semi relate to what you say CT. I put off getting into this until a few days ago because I knew I'd have to change my hanger settings to accommodate the higher weights. I ended up moving the bottom adjustment nuts out a few turns each. Made a big difference for me. I had two very intense 20 minute sets last night with 25lbs! Thats the heaviest I've gone so far, but I like it.
