Gained .5 in girth. Aside from jelqing

Hey guys, I recently gained .5 in girth and I am now 5.5 and my goal is to reach that ideal 6+. Anyway this is what Ive been doing, very similar to DLD's method...I would get 70-80% erect and place my penis over the sink counter in my bathroom. I would slowly press and add pressure from the base all the way up the shaft..minute and half per press. I usually do 3 sets of 5. This is just aside from normal jelqing which has helped me, maybe it might for you. Cheers

Honestly, I was only concerned with gaining length but then I realized I was neglecting my girth so I started back up on the girth training back in early July I believe. So like 3-4 months Id say but I know a few guys on here who have gained more than .5 in that time spam. I lag so yeah.

Depending on the intensity...yeah usually my penis feels beefier after jelqing. With the stretching I feel the tension during the actual stretching but nothing really afterwards. The closest to fatigued Ive felt would have been the times where my dick was actually hurting and thats when I let it rest and heal. Hope that helps
