For those who gained 1''+ through manual exercises

For those who have replied to my other post that have gained 1''+ through manual exercise :

How long did it take for you to get there ?

How many hours per day did you devote to Penis Enlargement ?

I'm asking cause I'm seeing guys hanging who don't seem to get the success you did (at least for some) doing manuals.

About four months of daily application. I rarely missed a day. I started at about a half hour a day, then upped it to an hour a day, then between one and two hours a day by month four--all manual. I think my routine was quite similar to DLD's initial routine.
 
I keep hearing about plateau and deconditioning breaks--is there such a thing, since not so many on this board seem to have this problem--I'm not too keen on the idea of not doing anything for months....

You'll still need to do "something" to maintain your gains. When you've attained your goals and no longer wish to do enlargement exercises, you cement your gains and continue to do kegels, towel raises, etc. on a regular basis. This will keep your penis "fit", and along with regular healthy erections will help you maintain your size.

So true. I have not done Penis Enlargement since I made the "Sock Stretches" and I have noticed that a week without Penis Enlargement I can lose up to a quarter inch! Sock stretches really are powerful but I can't expect to make a quarter inch gain and keep it after only a few weeks of training. I think that a simple, weekly Penis Enlargement routine is important to keep and cement the gains you have made. Plus, what the hell is wrong with spending an hour with your cock once a week to remain the size you got to?
