I was wondering if anyone has incorporated the supra slammer exercise into their routines on a regular basis. I do my routine of manual stretching and jelqing/horse squeezes 5 days a week and occasinally throw in some slammers at random in place of my jelqing. I think the slammer is a great exercise and I get max engorgement from it....might be all fluid though. Anyway I was just curious to hear some feedback from anyone that has incorporated the slammer into a routine. Any details, suggestions, gains, etc would be greatly appreciated.
