Started this break June 20th and just finished it July 20th, started my first stretching session which was an hour of stretching 20 minutes DLD blasters, 20 minutes behind the back stretch, and 20 minutes of mandingo v stretches. Going to hit a girth session on tommorrow which is 20 minutes of clamped jelqing, 20 minutes of clamped horse squeezes and 10 minutes of clamped edging.
The routine goes Sunday - Length, Tuesday - Girth, Thursday - Length, and Saturday - Girth.
