I am hanging for the first time as of 2:52 PST 7/2/2010, i'm coming for you kingsnake and dld
question, i started with seven pounds should most of the stretch be felt near ligs and i'm not sure if i have connected the device right but it seems to be a cm away from ym glans and holding on pretty good, that alright?

Depends on how you hang. If you hang SD , your ligaments should burn, if you hang OTS your tunica is mainly the target. If you feel comfortable with your setup then I guess you've done everything correctly, just remember to squeeze out the blood from the glans before hanging.

This is mostly correct, however when a man first begins hanging a lot of the perceived ''lig burn'' is actually just skin stretch...or mostly skin stretch. What sort of ''device'' are you using anyway?
 
Haha I remember first getting to hang it was exciting, welcome aboard!!! I think starting with 7 lbs is so much weight?!? I still hang with 2.5 lbs now and then... Remember to watch that turkey neck- pull the skin on your balls down before you hang.
 
Like Still said, there will be some burning in the skin stretch but skin stretch is necessary to the process. After a short period of time it will start to be predominately ligament burn.

...and yes, 7lbs IS quite a bit to be starting right away with. I remember tying a sock around my penis and the other around a 5lb dumb bell to ''try'' hanging YEARS ago and it felt like I was hanging a BUS from my penis. With a properly made hanger that is pulling on the internals the right way, yo ushouldnt need much weight.
 
I made the modified BIB hanger, i'm wrapping my dick and squeezing the blood out of my glans and i'll start pulling my ball skin back. I've done a little bit of manual stretching before this so i'm pretty sure i am feeling the ligament burn. As for 7 lbs being to much, it feels great, I feel like i'm ready to jump to 30. What is the average time to hang from a weight before moving up or do i go by feel?

I see a lot of people here achieving awesome gains by hanging... and i suppose if a person hangs, he should not do manual stretches, since hanging takes care of it all.

Is hanging a faster way to achieve lenght gains than manual streching and/or the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]?

That is the biggest problem with hanging, the time spent training. When I was hanging it would be a 5 hours deal everyday, eventually I went back to manuals.
 
I have a question, when i'm hanging i feel like the burn i am feeling is from my foreskin stretching, sometimes when i attach the hanger with absolutely all of my skin pulled back and towards the end of my dick i don't feel anything at all while hanging btc. What am i doing wrong?
