Hey there, I'm new here, I've checked some stuff but I still have a few questions that I can't seem to find answers to (Sorry if they answers are there, not the best searcher).
I read somewhere about using cock rings to 'pump' while your edging, but now I can't find it again, could someone either link me to some info, or enlighten me on it?
When I'm stretching, should I be doing this flaccid?
At the moment I'm doing 2 days on, 1 day off. Is this OK, or should I change the frequency?
As a beginner, should I focus more on jelqing or stretching?

Cock rings can help you keep your post workout pump when flaccid but are not much if any use while doing actual girth exercises. Plus, it's frustrating to have to continuously move a cock ring around while doing your exercises. Yes, stretching is done flaccid. You can do as many days on as you like. You really only need a day off when erection quality is affected or you are so sore you just cannot stand to do Penis Enlargement. I REALLY wish the outdated "er on the side of caution" approach to Penis Enlargement would work its' way out of the community.

Masturbating will not affect your gains. That is also very antiquated thinking that has NEVER been proven.
