Fat pad question?

Did some research, technical way of measuring EG say lifestyle condom research is from the top then base to tip, no fat pad? If that's the case i still have a long way to go! I have 1 or more inches in fat pad, i thought the correct way was BPenis EnlargementG? makes sense cos the pad spreads when humping.
But i would be right in saying anyone here when measuring must do it without the fat pad if you want to compare yourself to real stats, therefore we are all 1' or more [depending on your fat pad] less than the stats.
So..if i am 6.8 BPenis EnlargementG then infact i am around 5.6 EG in real stats. Correct?
