I am now up to hanging 20 minutes per day at 45 pounds. There is something really stimulating about the really heavy weights. When I am through I get an immediate erection. The heavier the weight, the better the erection. Any one else get this reaction? I think I am going to hang my wifes VW from my dick tomorrow. Hey, a little farfegnugan can't hurt! rofl
 
Good....lord. I'm just gettin' ready to start out and was thinkin' the 5 would feel a little hefty :P. Soon you can just dangle yourself from the ceiling instead of having to buy more weights!
 
Yea, if he hung from the ceiling he could go for a spin. 45 lbs. DAMN!! I thought 5 - 7 1/2 lbs was a lot! rofl

Took 2 years of conditioning to get to this level. It is also very critical that you zero in on the wrapping and clamp placement to keep the pain to a minimum. Take care guys!
 
2 years wow. What would you say your gains have been over that time? Also I'm especially curious on the impact on base girth, because that it the primary reason I'm switching over to hanging right now is because I'm going into my girth focus phase. Thanks in advance!
 
My erect length went from 5 5/8" to 8 1/8" for a 2 1/2" gain. My mid shaft girth went from just under 5" to low to mid 6's. You should also know that I have always done jelking, squeezing, uli's and so forth in an alternating fashion. My base girth is now over 7" and I attribute this to the length gains. I believe that if you pull the tree out of the ground you find a bigger base underneath. I can't really say that hanging is the only way to do this as I beleve manual stretching can be just as effective. I also use manual stretching about every third day. The point is that length from lig gains can also give you more base girth.

wow! very impressive gains and stats. did you mostly hang BTC? and for how long have you been using the hang heavy for a low amount of time method? did you gain better from this method vs. the lower weight more time method?

I did hang mostly BTC and SD and the gain is mostly from the ligs so I believe. I have always gone for the higher weight/lower time (I call it harcore hanging - see link in my sig). Reason: severe lack of time has driven me to this style. I have never given lower weight/more time a chance because I simply won't take more time these days. I may be able to work it into my day in the future but not a chance today. BTW, I am a stealth Penis Enlargement'er.

are you married? or do you have a gf? they must know something is up if you gained 2.5", right?
