Hi just to introduce myself I have been Penis Enlargement'ing for a year in April. I have had good gains 1" length, .5" girth. Thanks for this site, and all the input from everyone (especially DLD), I should of posted sooner.


My idea for an exercise don't know if this is new or not. I call it extreme copters, instead of doing cranks which just target the ligs at the base. My idea is to grab your shaft at different lengths and do the cranks. I figure this would be extreme on the tunica, but I need more input on what you guys think. Plus what would be the best erection percentage for it to work the best?

I have a few other ideas too let me know what you think. One is instead of just copters for the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words] maybe have what I call "X" pulls and "+" pulls similiar to the cranks but just in an x motion and + motion.

One last exercise I do is fast/hard tugs in all directions because I read an article on ligament elargement. Where in the article it stated that instead of constant pressure to streatch ligaments that quick trauma might actually make the ligaments grow more.

You should check out PLYOMETRIC BLASTERS, an old exercise I came up with but it was very similar to your tugs. As far as the coppers go, this is a great way to train the Tunica and ligs. Rotaries at any point are very, very effective.
 
Thanks for the reply DLD. Ya that seems very similiar to the plyometrics blasters. I checked them out after you told me. I will start to do PC squeezes with those tugs in all directions. Was the plyometrics just SO or other directions also? Also my "+" and "X" copters/cranks are also very similiar to the "side to side stretches" I saw on Big Al's free videos.

I even have another way of doing cranks that I don't know if other people do or not too. I start straight out stretched and then do mini cranks (small circles) and then move into larger circles as you go. It reminds me of the old gym class warm ups. The one's where putting your arms out and doing small circles and then doing bigger ones in order to warm up. I guess you could go in about just any motion probably even figure 8, etc.

I just figure it's not an exact science and what works for one might work another. It's kind of a progressive thing much like any other form of working out. The routines bodybuilders used 30 years ago are much different than that of today. Plus this is a penis enlargement forum and DLD has came up with 100s of exercises why doesn't everyone else? It seemed to get him good results over the years ;) .

My work is all trial and error. You should see some of the exercises that have never made the site:):):) Not everything I do becomes an exercise. I would say for every 10 ideas I have one ends up becoming an exercise.

SOme are just harebrained but I had to try it to see if it worked. I would post them but it would be embarrassing. :)
