Hi guys I got a [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] about 2months or so since I have not been doing manual stretches how many times a week should I do manual stretches minimum? and I dont have time to wear my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] 8 hours a day so would 3 hours be ok and how important are kegels in making gains.I always forget to do kegels is there away I can remember and how long will it take for my pc muscle to get stronger.I do 200 quick flexs a day is that enough sorry for all the question it's just I want to get things clear and there is nowhere better to ask thanks guys.
 
in my opinion the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] should compliment the manual stretches...i think you should still try to get in some manual stretching as if you didn't even have an [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] maybe 4 to 5 times a week...and it is okay if you wear the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] for three or so hours...you might not see the results you what in the amount of time you want it..but they will come eventually...the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] is all about the amount of hours you put in..and the tension you have it set to.....and since you really aren't wearing your [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] for a long period of time...you probably should still be stretching manually..

as for kegels...i forget to do those through out the day as well...but i always get them in when i'm doing my girth routine...in between jelq strokes i do a few kegels they had up....the 200 quick kegels are fine but if you want to really build your pc muscle...you have to start holding the kegels...start off with trying to hold it for about 5 seconds and then work yourself up....i got up to holding a kegel for a minute when i was doing them regularly...hope this helps
 
yer it's really good advice I will start doing manual stretches about 3 times a wekk and build my way up nice one and thanks for your help.
