Experience with "AB Silicone"?

Hey guys,

I've placed 2 orders on AB Silicone - Male Enhancement. They ship with USPS and both of my orders seem to be stuck at "Shipping Label Created" (The first order dates May 21, 2015, the second one May 29, 2015). I really need their sleeves for a good wrap to use my [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LengthMaster[/words] properly :/ Also it sucks that they've already taken my money via PayPal and I still got no response to my e-mail I wrote 2 days ago.

Did some of you guys experience the same problem? Or is it just USPS beeing really slow?

yup many did and i think it takes time for them to deliver......sometimes even 2 months.....plus you paid through paypal so you can always get your money back when u want.....

They are definitely not good about communication but they always deliver. I've ordered 2 sleeves and they both took about a week and a half or so and they didn't respond to any emails. They need some better customer support or just some customer support period but otherwise a good company.

That is awful service, don't these companies realize that above all, customer service is the biggest part of being successful.

DLD. Why doesn't [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] tie up with AB silicone aswell ? I mean many people who want the sleeves can buy it from here and will have no issues of delivery or reply from them

They are very over priced. I'm surprised they have been in business as long as they have. You can make your own sleeves for pennies each. I have a thread in the hangers forum. I've heard they have horrible customer service. Getting what you ordered months later is rediculous.

Why associate with someone with poor business ethics? [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] can do better. Again you can make your own sleeves.

Yeah, the USPS status of my SECOND order changed. It's finally beeing moved somewhere I hope they don't miss my FIRST order because that's actually the more important one xD

That's crazy, I've ordered twice from them and received both within 5 days of order. I think they've started slacking but this was just last year. The silicone will last for months if you are careful about using it. My first lasted about a month, my second lasted about 4 moths and I've just started using my third. Just make sure the thickness is equal throughout. I got an extra one delivered because one side was thick while the other was thin, I knew it would rip soon and it did. Do a visual check first ok. Good luck man.

Now that's service, 9 days from US to GER!

You can wrap with the Theraband and bandage that comes with the length master.
