I've read in my old Penis Enlargement manual that get in to a Penis Enlargement session right after exercising in the gym is bad for gains. can anyone break\approve this fact?
im always doing my Penis Enlargement sessions after riding my bikes back from work (which is quite physical too.. lots of heavy lifting and running aroud all day) for about 15 minutes, so im worried it might causing me to gain slowly.

I wasn't tired after working out. However, working out when sleepy is not recommend.
 
That is just silly:) It is most likely the best time to train for pe right after body workout, particularly if it is leg day. We have been seeing more guys who workout having great Penis Enlargement days on leg days due to the greatly increased blood flow.
 
My length gains were twice faster when i was at the gym before pe.
p.s if u want to keep testesteron on your high levels work-out should be done no more then 45 minutes.
