Well I must say that my erections have improved quite a lot, and yesterday I had my firts spontaneous erection in months.
What I have done is I cut back masturbation (three times per week tops), I have been doing DLD [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words] and the kegel routine suggested.
I think it is important to also avoid overworking the PC muscle as it will result counterproductive.
I also found useful to have as many erections as I can per day. I have 10 per day as a minimal goal, I do that by masturbating but only to the point in which I become as erect as possible and then concentrate to hold my erection as long as possible, but without cumming.

I too was having erectiom problems. I think it was because I was squeezing my kegels when do jelqs. I stop doing that and my jelq routine was better than ever. I also do 400 pc flexes while sitting and that has really helped.
