careful if ever trying it...it can be rough as you see how your body takes to it and can mess you up as your body isn't used to it.

Is it a correct guess that you are still getting in some carbs? you know veggies avocados? Just probably in the 50g to < 100g range? how many days will you do this before before you go over 100g or whatever you carb # is? how long would your ex do it for? I know women don't do as well for extended periods of time in ketosis.

doublelongdaddy;593816 said:But true. Diet has come a long way to go back to the original diets we had as earlier humans. Red meat has always been the best form of protein and fat is proven to be a good thing in our bodies in moderation. I have never followed a fad diet, I watched others, especially the low carb diets where people would lose weight but it was mostly muscle they lost.

Anyway, my take on it is that we ought to spend time in ketosis and glucosis for balanced hormonal function. It's up to you to pick how much time you spend in either.

Tahir Aqbar;593965 said:I wouldn't go as far to say that. Anthropology is a very inaccurate science. According to anthropologists we were only literate and building cities 10,000 years ago but within this decade we've found even older ancient cities that disprove everything we learned in the first chapter of ancient history. And in the big picture, when we look at nature's capacity to decay man made material, we can't find evidence to prove we lived 50,000 years ago but in that time, even a city like New York could be completely reduced to biodegrading material in that time frame.

youknowme123321;594890 said:you too!!?? damn I buy eggs that come from a local farm where I literally pick up some of those cool ass laid back healthy pasture roaming chickens and I don't get sick bones after eating 5 of their eggs. And their eggs are so much more nutrient dense than any eggs that can be picked up in any supermarket. even the great WholeFoods.
They need to start adding viagra to those chickens diets
They are free range I think good stuff battery farming is to cruel I on,by ever by free rangeTahir Aqbar;595007 said:The eggs I get aren't even free range. They're just "Eggland's Best Vegetarian Fed Eggs". They still have the omega 3's and 6's along with all the vitamins. It may have something to do with how our bodies differ when it comes to metabolizing cholesterol. My LH hormones probably direct the cholesterol to be used for androgens. That's why after I eat eggs (with or without carbs), I get a fuller, pumped look and my skin every so slightly thins out.
