Ejaculating after PE Session

I've been watching adult entertainment to help keep a good erection while I'm doing jelqing / engorging sessions. Usually after sitting and fooling around with my dick for around 20 minutes and watching adult entertainment, I really want to get off, and so I do.

Is it bad for my pe'ing if I ejaculate at the end of my sessions?

Some people say dont do it, some say do it. Over at Cheeky Cherry, practically everyone there follows the "7 hr rule" or however long it is. Basically, no ejaculating 7 hrs before/after pe.

I dont think anyone can really say that its bad, but after masturbating/ejaculating, the penis shrinks back to the normal flaccid size in which *I think* eliminates the post-pe pump you get if you have a good routine. It is really hard for me to not to "finish" after my session, but I always hold off for some reason. I guess I just like the after pump you can say.

I've done both and I've found little effect from it. When I first started instruction wes lacking and there sure weren't forums like these so there was no talk about no ejaculating. As a result I ejaculated after each and every workout for well over 7 months and still gained over an inch in length (I only jelqed at the time).

I find that its just about impossible to NOT finish off after a session. I've also found that orgasm's can be pretty good after all that exercise. So far it hasn't caused me any problem. Like a lot of things, try it and if it works then its probably ok for you.

I found that if you "finish" after your session that you lose the pump but not the gains. I also notice that when i do a session for like 45-60 min and then "finish" my pump is still there. Some people (newbies) think that the pump is gains, and so when they "finish" they think that they are losing gains. I personally like the pump look so i try not to "finish" , but if i got too then so be it.

To shoot or not to shoot, that is the question. I have always trained my girth right before I have sex so I guess I am a shooter My girth has never suffered because of this, that is unless I could have gained more if I refrained. You are creating it, use it! Remember, it feels really good to cum and isn't that what the penis is about?
