probably means you are using a tight grip, too tight....I frown upon what is happening to you, because soon comes varicose veins. I do not like jelquing.
 
It's not a big deal. It's just a bit of bruising from the pressure of the strokes. It happens to everyone who is involved with Penis Enlargement for very long. You may want to spend some extra time warming up with HOT water and then move into your jelqs.

Oxygenrice, What makes you think that vericose veins are soon to come? This is a condition associated with the lower extremities and is actually pooling blood that is not circulating properly. Jelqing improves circulation in the penis which means NO varicose veins. Veins may become more prominent because of their increased capacity for blood. I would really like to hear your reasoning behind not jelqing.
 
Jelquing in my oppinion is the most important Penis Enlargement excersise and makes the most sense and all you need is a hard on and your hands. I'm gonna be jelquing for the rest of my life.

Based on your question alone it would be damn hard for anybody to properly tell you what may be happening. Read the link that DLD sent to ya and if you still have questions throw in some more detail, i.e. Size, distribution, frequency, presence or lack of pain associated with them...or any other factors associated with their coming and going.
