Probably a silly question, but here goes:
I think many here would agree that it is sometimes convenient to Penis Enlargement after dinner and before bedtime. But is this a bad idea? Considering that food provides the building blocks for repairing and rebuilding damaged tissue, I'm wondering whether Penis Enlargementing after you are done eating for the day would result in sub-optimal gains. Intense girth workouts are mainly what I have in mind, by the way. So what do you guys think - would there be a difference in results when Penis Enlargement is done before fasting for the night vs. Penis Enlargementing shortly before eating?
 
Thats really good thinking! Ive never put those 2 together. That actually makes a lot of sense! Maybe you could just drink a protein shake before a workout type of deal.

The penis isnt a muscle so i dont think protein will have much effect :P

you'll have to pick someones brain that has already discussed this topic in some anatomic/scientific detail heh.
 
Its not that a protein shake will cause your penis to grow but it will give you energy and help with erection quality which is true I studied and wrote a thread on why exercise is actually vital in Penis Enlargement and making gains.

well if thats the case then i should be on the right track, i workout 5 times a week so i have a fairly regular protein intake
 
Yeah, it occurred to me that there might be a discussion about this buried in the archives somewhere, but digging it up would be no easy task. I just thought it was a point worth bringing up. It seems to me that it would definitely be best not to wait too long after Penis Enlargement to eat. I was just curious as to what others thought about this. I thought some exercise nuts or bodybuilder types might be able to provide some insight. The protein shake thing is a pretty good idea, but I personally prefer to stick with whole foods. Guess I'll just do my best to fit Penis Enlargement in sometime before dinner.
 
Well there is heaps of theories and study results flying around, saying to take supplements before and after and even during. your not really working a huge area so if you have a healthy diet with balanced intake of proteins/carbs etc that should suffice.

Even a glass of milk should be good, it has a slow release protein Calcium casein

I studied fitness as a personal trainer so i eat a lot of lean meats and chicken but also have a protein shake before weights and after Cardio/interval training but i also read that having 15g before a workout and 15g during a workout will help with the development and repairing better. i swear there is a study saying that everything is good haha whether its from finland or texas or japan? haha.

so if your gonna start with protein try working out too ;)
 
Considering most of the gains will be made during sleep (when our body regenerates and recovers), I personally believe that a healthy and balancend diet will suffice :)
 
I eat once a day, in the evening, I guess I am not really getting the nutrition my penis needs...gotta get back on a good diet.
 
I know, I know. I will get on it, just need to get motivated.

your metabolism is gonna be shocking! and coffee isnt food haha.

i eat like 4-5 times a day and i cant even cook :D well barely.. the missus is actually teaching me here and there. Back in the day my healthy dinner was some frozen vegies heated up with a can of tuna and some salsa sauce. easiest thing to make and bloody good for ya hehe.

I have been on a nonstop gain schedule until I had a slight booboo which was recently. I just started back on my full routine last night and hope I could get my gains back on track. I also do a lot of cardio which helps from what I've heard. Great post!

Yeah I also don't see how proteins would help anything that quickly after a workout. Maybe you're thinking of the amino acids(BCAA) that they contain?

Maybe a green smoothie, something containing high amount of enzymes.
