Dumbbell stretches *New Exercise*

Alright so I was actually tinkering with this before I quit.. I've actually started doing it now. It seems to be good for flaccid sizes. If you want a size, I actually did this with a 16 pound dumbbell, but I could probably handle more. I'll try to explain this, and if no one gets it I'll draw diagrams.

Grab a dumbbell,and you will be standing. you're going to stretch your flaccid penis completely out, and you're going to place the dumbbell directly on your penis, right in the middle of the bar. This is suppose to keep a balance, and to support this balance make the dumbbell weights go against your thighs. This exercise really only needs one hand. You can use the other one to re balance the dumbbell if you like. Anyways, you're suppose to stretch your penis like you would with an A-stretch, but instead you're not stretching it down and around, you will be doing it up and around. depending on your strength and grip, I would try holding this for two minutes, or try holding it up to two minutes. if you want an even more INTENSE one, bundle up your cock before you you place the weight on. Hopefully this should work, I'll be adding this into my routine, and I'll give you an update. For now, this really stretches out my flaccid size.
 
This is just a fulcrum v-stretch, not a new exercise. The way you described is a good way to utilize it. It should hit the septum pretty well.
 
I'm going to try it with my 20 lb. dumbbell, but I'll make sure I have it well supported by my thighs so that I don't overdo it. Maybe I should go for a lighter weight first time around?
 
Bundling it up really adds intensity.. by the end of the first minute I'm fucking growling and moaning!

I am by no means a Penis Enlargement expert, but I took a look at this thread and thought of a bit of a twist.

Instead of using a dumbell placed on top of your penis (hence requiring it to be balanced at all times), try threading your penis THROUGH the middle hole of the weight plate itself. This should cut out the need to balance a dumbell on top of your cock. Obviously, you are limited to the weight of each weight-plate that you use (rather than having a broad weight range permissible on a dumbell), but the veterans here should be able to push some good weight.

Let me know if anyone tries this out with success, so that I have some more great techniques to move onto when I progress. :)

LOL I should have mentioned; I was thinking of those Olympic weight plates (normally found in gyms, but also available for home use).....they have centre holes around 2 inches in diameter.
