Alright so I was actually tinkering with this before I quit.. I've actually started doing it now. It seems to be good for flaccid sizes. If you want a size, I actually did this with a 16 pound dumbbell, but I could probably handle more. I'll try to explain this, and if no one gets it I'll draw diagrams.
Grab a dumbbell,and you will be standing. you're going to stretch your flaccid penis completely out, and you're going to place the dumbbell directly on your penis, right in the middle of the bar. This is suppose to keep a balance, and to support this balance make the dumbbell weights go against your thighs. This exercise really only needs one hand. You can use the other one to re balance the dumbbell if you like. Anyways, you're suppose to stretch your penis like you would with an A-stretch, but instead you're not stretching it down and around, you will be doing it up and around. depending on your strength and grip, I would try holding this for two minutes, or try holding it up to two minutes. if you want an even more INTENSE one, bundle up your cock before you you place the weight on. Hopefully this should work, I'll be adding this into my routine, and I'll give you an update. For now, this really stretches out my flaccid size.
