Hi mates... Sup dawgs ?
Hope all is well in the crazyest Penis Enlargement forum in the whole world
After a well deserved vacation i'm back to buisiness... I have not done ANY exercises whatsoever in 3 weeks now, i was coming from a decon break of 40 days and exercised for no more than 3 or 4 times and went on hollydays.
I have lost nothing in this time, i restarted yesterday and looking good.
I gave my unit quite the workout but not Penis Enlargement related...ONLY SEX RELATED ha
N E way... It is good to be back, missed the talk among great friends and so many resourcefull and inteligent people.
I will from now on be once again reading threads/posts and becoming more involved in this so i can stop crying because i don't have a 10 incher :O rofl
I will be doing the newbie YET AGAIN
along with all kinds of bundled stuff so i can jumpstart the gains again.
Will be pulling all directions (DLD kung-fu style) for 30 secs. each until all angles are covered, will jelq for around 20 to 30 mins. and then do all the stretches again in bundled form. This, i believe, will be more than enough for things to get spicy enough to start gaining again.
