Air pump mityvac

start 5Hg, 1min 6Hg, 2min 7Hg, 10-20s at 8Hg then release
5 pumps x 3 mins
1-3 with 2" cylinder
4-5 with 2.25" cylinder

Alternate with foreskin restoration type jelqs, vibe edging, and then wear 2xcockring for 5-10mins and edge trying to maximum erection.

Expansion good.

2 sessions

First air. Intervals. 6 pumps x 3 mins. Consistently 5HG start. 6Hg 10s pulse each minute. Last pump went up to 7Hg and let it fully expand which was probably 20-30s. Pushing into end of tube.

1-3 2”

4-6 2.25”

30mins cockring and edge with vibe and reverse kegels

2nd water using new setup on side of shower, more open. Worked perfectly. Intervals 3 min

1-2 pump with 2” start 5hg, 6Hg at 1 min, 7Hg at 2 min, 8Hg at 3min for 10s and release. Completely filled tube on 2nd pump.

3rd with 2.25” start 5hg, 6Hg at 1 min, 7Hg at 2 min, 8Hg at 3min for 10s and release. Touched end of tube at end.

40mins cockring and edge with vibe and reverse kegels. Was doing my work right up against redlight for 30mins

Looking rather plump..

Trying to get mos-store to replace my 2” cylinder that is actually 1 7/8. Showed them pictures of measuring it but no reply since Monday. I am thinking of getting a 2.125 x 12 inch tube soon as intermediate for water pumping. The 1 7/8” is crazy tight at the bottom. I have to let the pressure pull me through by shaking tube and pumping until its pressed against fatpad. I want to do the cylinder jump. Start 1.875, then 2, then 2.125, then 2.25. I do have a 2.5 but I don’t see any reason to use that honestly. The 2.25 sucks in a lot of skin.
 
@DLD can you please help me get approved for replacement tube? Inner diameter is definitely not 2 inches.

I don't think that's necessary to show it's less than 2 inches. It's right at 1 7/8.
Okay but calipers is more accurate.
They even have the backside only for measuring inner diameters. If you approximate a measurement it can indicate completely incorrect value.
 
I could understand if we were measuring the diameter of a cylinder where we don't have access to the cross-sectional, but in this case, we do. The very end. It measures exactly 1 7/8. I can try to fit something measured exactly at 2" diameter and it doesn't fit even.

Forcing myself to take a day off after 10 days straight pumping. I did do some jelqs and SSJ before using fleshlight.

Session 1

Warmup-heatpad, ball&lig holds, light bundles rolling between forearm to ¾ turn. Jelqs

Air. 3 mins intervals. Alternate with foreskin restore jelqs, DLD bends, and SSJ

1-3 pump with 2” tube. Start 5Hg. Each min, up to 6Hg for 10s.

4-6 pump with 2.25” tube. Start 5Hg. Up to 6Hg for 10s at 1 and 2 min. At 3 mins up to 7Hg for 10s then release

Cockring 30mins

Noticed speckles of red dots near glans again. Honestly, I think this is from doing ball&lig stretch during warmup. Also some light edema around the foreskin edge. Not sure why. Perhaps after the one day rest, my 1st day needs to be a bit light and I shouldn’t have gone up to 7hg. Not sure why I did. I had said that first session was really just prep for session 2 and more intensity.

Session 2

Water mityvac. Intervals 3mins

1st 2” start 5Hg, gradually up to 8Hg over 3 mins

2-3 2.25” start 5Hg, gradually up to 8Hg over 3 mins

EQ was poor, most likely because I had a bad headache that I’ve had for hours. Did not feel like I was expanding accordingly to pressure.

Thoughts: obviously having a headache sucks.

I really think I want to pump everyday in some way. But not hard all the time. Like what if I had a 5 day cycle with max pressure 4 then 5,6,7,8 each subsequent day? And pump twice a day still. I just want to maximize the time that I am expanded. I consider it valuable as long as I am expanded beyond my base girth. So, EQ still needs to be amazing. Maybe my 1st pump of day will use pulses of 10s and 2nd pump will gradually climb and only pulse at end.

Oh, I ordered a 2.125" x 12" tube. Hopefully my replacement 2" tube gets approved soon. I want to use the true 2" tube. The 1.875 tube is just too small. And 2.25" is a just a bit too big on the top end.
 
Give that a try. However, do recognize that going from low to high pressure in a continuously move can create more edemas. Nothing venture, nothing gain.

What do you mean by continuous? I was saying gradual like +1Hg each minute.
 
No, continuous means 0inHg going straight to 8inHg in one go without first going into slow expansion.
 
I never start at more than 5Hg. Usually I am getting vacuum as quick as I can then pump every few seconds up to 5Hg. I'm not sure where I said I was going straight to 8Hg. I consider 8Hg to be special at this point for me. I do it at the end of 3+ mins and only for 10s, maybe 20sec if I feel like it is making me expand more still. 7Hg I will go for 1-2mins max.
 
This is where the info got a little muddy.

I was interpreting this as 4inHg..to 8inHg subsequent days, where each day is at designated number, going from 0 to 4inHg..then 0 to 8inHg. I was starting to worry there.

Effective pumping is when you can feel the penis wanting more. This is the hunger of the penis wanting to expand further. The max you can give in is 1inHg more from your max safety vacuum pressure. Creeping up slowly, remaing just that 30 seconds max and slow drop back down in a cycle as you always have. Do test your theoretical method too. Never know what you will discover.
 
I discussed your case with one of my colleagues overseas with multiple patients with similar case as yours. She suggested the following:
  • Because of the tissues with greater malleable potential at the start, why not have you perform a rotational stress to maximize medial (internal) bond stresses before pumping. Rotational tools that you can make on your own or the Length Master, if you cannot twist with sufficient strength for the entire penile shaft, can promote extreme expansion.
  • Currently, there are at least a dozen testing location using a combo of clinical shockwave therapy with PE, either with just pumping or a combo of lengthening and expansion routines right after. Tests are showing some promising results within 2 weeks, but there are no long term results yet. Quite expensive endeavor. If you or the brothers with expansion limits, this may be another option. Of course, there are no oversight of the FDA and medical restrictions for those testing locations. Clinical results may not be counted as valid because of informal studies.

EQ during pump was decent. After finishing, I lost focus. Getting messages and had stuff to do. Moving in 3 weeks and selling stuff on marketplace.

Another thought is about I feel like there is a dramatic difference between when I am truly turned/focused and relaxed and not when it comes to expansion. When I am focused, it feels like 6-7Hg blows me up like a balloon. If I don't have a natural erection in tube, it doesn't feel right. If I do a 3min pump with natural erection, after pump is released, I am swollen in a good way and it carries over to the next one. Is it realistic to have this feeling every day? Now, to be clear, I do think it is possible. I've had bad days that turned good by 'catching the wind' so to speak. Some of it has to do with my viewing materials. I already have a lot of material from the past.. I am a bit wary of trying to diversify to relieve any monotony. That would put me into old habits.

Yep. This is why we tell the brothers to be erected or semi erected going in, and remain erected as best as they can while inside the cylinders. You discovered the medial (internal) vs lateral (external) expansion. When you have good medial expansion against the external vacuum pressure, you get the most optimal expansion overall. If you depends too much on the external vacuum pressure to expand your internal tissues and draw more blood in, you only get three "Meh" expansion.

We all have our bad days. I fatigued out yesterday and had to finish the last three sets of 6. Expansion was not as great. Too much yard works and running around that my body was not tuned to get my routines in. LM routines was on point. Pumping, not so much.

Now, to be clear, I do think it is possible. I've had bad days that turned good by 'catching the wind' so to speak. Some of it has to do with my viewing materials. I already have a lot of material from the past.. I am a bit wary of trying to diversify to relieve any monotony. That would put me into old habits.
Yeah. Ease up on the viewing materials unless it's out the windows with Live TV to enjoy.

New bundled technique: wrap in cloth. Take lead hand (direction of turn) and turn over so thumb is toward base and on top, turn over so palm down. Use other hand to lock it. Do once more so its full turn. Then gripping around the top half, do again, 1 more half turn. Can release the bottom hand just a little to even the pressure. This is 1.5 turns roughly and can do better at being even each side until getting LM.

Heatpad, bundled stretches. 1 turn up to 1.5 turns for 30 seconds. Total 12 holds. Different jelqs with alternating hand at base, trying to stop the skin around base from pulling away from body in a semi-web..

Interval air pumping with mityvac. 3-5+ mins per. Alternating with different jelqs, theme of foreskin restoration and not worsening turkey neck/webbing

1-4 1.875” cylinder – started 5Hg. Generally pulses up to 6Hg each minute. But I tended to follow the expansion more than strict time. If I felt great expansion, I rode it out. On the 2nd pump, I had a very large expansion where 6Hg had me pushing against end of tube. I kept that for a minute.

5-6 2.25” cylinder – started at 5Hg. Incrementing +1, aiming for 1 min. Waited for expansion trigger to raise pressure. Went up to 8Hg and held that for probably 30s. Was pushing to end of tube. On 6th pump, I tried same but I think my mind didn’t focus as well and it took closer to 5 mins to hit the point.

I am glad that my 2.125” cylinder on the way is 12” tube so I don’t need to be limited. However, I hope this does not cause more length. It does seem like it’s usually proportional. I wouldn’t die if I got longer as long as the girth comes too.

So, I am starting to use my strategy of only increasing pressure under influence of a natural erection. Sort of worked. I ended up making individual pumps take way too long waiting for natural erection. I started at 4Hg and stayed there until I felt the yearning to expand.

1st pump – 5-6mins. Went from 4Hg to 5Hg in the last 2 mins and expansion was very good

2nd pump – 7-8mins. Wasn’t really feeling it. I went up to 5Hg toward end and expand wasn’t great so ended it.

3rd pump – 10mins. Started 4Hg and went to 5Hg then finally 6Hg and expansion was good.

4th pump – 11mins. Went up to 7Hg toward the end and pressing against end of tube.

All pumps using 1.875” cylinder. Alternated all pumps with SSJ.

Edema is not good. I clearly went too long in these pumps even if most of it was at 4Hg. I think my idea is fairly sound, I just need to be able to get natural erection better. I think I am getting bored of looking at the same stuff. Hard to really focus.

Right now wearing cockring and using redlight. But I am not going to edge with cockring on. Just getting some blood back in and putting ring back on.

5-6x2x4 lol (5-6mins, 2min SSJ, 4 pumps) Once again, only increasing pressure when my natural erection indicates. All pumps with 1.875” cylinder.

1st pump 5 mins start 4Hg. Went to 5Hg after only a minute and fairly long expansion

2nd pump 5mins start 4Hg. Wnt to 5Hg at like 1 min. went to 6Hg at 3mins.

3rd pump 6min start 4Hg to 5 then 6 then 7. Amazing expansion. Filled tube.

4th pump 6min start 4Hg. Then to 5 at 4mins and 6 at 5mins. Still expanding.

There is some edema on the underside of foreskin. Nothing crazy.

EQ was amazing this time.

Using new 2.125 x 12” tube. Better fit than 2.25”. I needed the extra length a bit, especially for doing water pumps this weekend. Hoping to do 2 a days on weekend.

noting that after several hours there is no edema even though I went up to 8Hg. I wonder if using wider and longer tube helped.

Yep. Remember how we discussed about elongated and buffering space? It's very applicable to water usage, and semi-applicable to air.

Mityvac air alternating with SSJ (2 mins). Pump 1-2 with 1.875” cylinder. 3-4 with 2.125” cylinder. I wrapped my heatpad on high around the tube while pumping.

1st 6 mins @4Hg to 5Hg
2nd 6 mins @4Hg to 5 to 6Hg
3rd 6 min @4Hg work up to 7Hg
4th 6 mins @4Hg work up to 8Hg

No edema but quite a bit of tiny red dots in top half and some darker spots underside foreskin. Not sure when these are developing.

Did not do 2 sessions as I thought I might. Ran out of time so made the 1 count. Not sure I'll have time tomorrow but we'll see.
 
I'm suspecting the red dots are the pronounced abrasion from the gua sha. Reduce the pressure from 1.5lbs down to 1.25lbs or 1lb. When gua sha is used without any additional pressures, such as accu pressure cups or deep tissue massages, no bumps will be visible as the abrasion is too small to see. However, adding high vacuum pressure to reveal the hidden abrasions, on top of frictions during the bending and flexing of tissues, the micro manifestations come out more pronounced.

Give the gua a lighter pressure and see if that resolve the issues.
 
I don't know.. I'm pushing pretty light on the gua sha. The tiny red dots clear up pretty fast. And I actually don't gua sha the part of the foreskin that is darker. I wonder if its chafing during bundles.
 
Possibly. Ease up on the tension either and deduce the cause. Either way way, if there isn't any harm, there's no alarm. It's just signs of frictions and abrasion.

Mityvac alternating with SSJ (20x 3-5s squashes) and misc jelq. Pump 1-2 AIR with 1.875”cylinder (note: wrapping cylinder in heatpad on high). Pump 3 WATER with 2.125x12” cylinder.

#1 10 mins @4Hg mostly then up to 5Hg in last couple mins. Surprised at how good expansion was.
#2 10 mins @4Hg then 5Hg at ~6mins and 6Hg in last 2 mins. Great expansion.
#3 10 mins @5Hg then 6Hg at 7mins and 7Hg for last minute. Great expansion. Was tempted to do more but I was over the 9 inch mark and seemed close to filling sides.

DLD bends for a bit, some SSJ, and various jelqs.

Edged for 10-15 mins, wrapping in heatpad for like 3 on 1 off. I wanted to use heat for a bit before putting on cockring because I think when I develop edema, cockring might be contributing.

Cockring 10mins.. was tempted to measure because I was feeling massive. EQ was amazing.

Redlight 30mins

I was definitely feeling good about the 10 mins low/mid pressure pumps. If I get natural erection, even 4 or 5Hg can make me balloon over time. I was wrapped in heatpad so actually couldn’t see until at the end and was surprised that I was almost filling the 1.875” cylinder on just the first pump. The sides up to probably 6+ inches were stuffed good.

(one last check for edema.. and none)
 
Forgive me for subjecting you to a closeup lol.. But awhile back I noticed this circular spot on the underside of shaft that looked like the topmost layer of skin split. And lately I've noticed 2-3 of these spots. You can see one of them in this picture. If I spread the skin, these circles open up. I don't believe there is any pain. This is post-pump, so things look a bit rough..

They are visual abrasion manifested from skin stretches through pumping. I get them from time to time. When I go a bit too roughly with the Length Master or SSJ with dynamic bundled twisting without lubrication, they show up after three to four pumping sessions past 7inHg. They don't normally show up around 5inHg. No worries.

You can heal them faster with a both of warm compression (warm towel) for 15 minutes and use liquid Vit E or virgin coconut oil.

Can someone red circle the areas in the picture above (post #297), I don't see anything.

*Edit, I think I see it now.
The penis is very tough. When we progress in our penis enlargement we will know that these marks are nothing to worry about.
