Yeah. Transverse fracture of the 5th(small toe) proximal phalanx. Piece of furniture was sticking out and clipped it with my bare foot. Real pain the ass. Have to wear this boot thing most of the day for a few weeks.

Warmup: heatpad, 8 bundled stretches: 1.5 turn x 4 x 30s hold, 10 gua sha each side, then 1.5 turn x 30sec with increase into 2 turn for addition 15sec, then 10 more gua sha each side.

Mityvac AIR. Did not do any SSJ. Mainly just light jelqs.

5mins @4Hg work up to 8
7mins @4Hg work up to 8, 1min @9

Some jelq and heatpad. Some gua sha toward base to help lymphatic drain. Although no edema. I seem to be tolerating 9Hg well now.

Long bath session.

I might be wrong about the times and pressure on this since I couldn’t really write anything down..

I used both bathmate hydromax9 and mityvac water pump with 2.125x12” cylinder

My recollection..

Bathmate full bellows somewhere around 5 mins
Mityvac 6Hg roughly 5mins. I don’t think I was fully hard going in so at 6Hg, water trap was too full
Bathmate full bellows roughly 5mins
Mityvac 6Hg roughly 5 mins. Still don’t think I went in fully hard.

Finally.. mityvac went in fully hard and got it all going right. Worked up to 8Hg for 5-6mins and then went up to 9Hg for maybe a minute at most. This was probably the best expansion I’ve had yet. According to the front ruler on cylinder, I was at about 9.5 inches and possibly filling tube up to ½ way. Now despite what others have said, if you are looking at member in water cylinder through the air, it is refracted. But if you submerged into water, you will see it perfectly. When I took out of cylinder, it was possibly biggest I’ve seen it. When I finally got above water, I literally went ‘oh damn’.

No visible edema.

Did cockring for 20 or so minutes while cleaning up.

(Note to self: facing away from faucet is best place, about midbath. Use knee to hold the water trap against side of bath and there is enough tubing. Coconut oil does work under water to help slide in tube.)

Well, this unfortunately was a lengthy session. I am sure others in house were confused what I was doing in bathroom for well over and hour lol. Listening to music in the bath? Meditating?

Hmm. I wonder if I should continue to alternate bathmate and mityvac in same session. If I can get 2-3 pumps with bathmate to warm up and increase EQ, that might work. Then do an epic mityvac pump up to 9Hg.

Sigh..same thing happened to me when I slammed my toes into the bed posts while walking in the dark. Get the calcium and Vit D3 going for yourself for the next 3 months. 500mg to 800mg of calcium and 500 IU of Vit D3 is enough for the filling of the fracture.

in shower, hand clamping and semi-tight cockring + hand clamp. Pushing on head a bit while clamped. Unclamp then kegel more blood then reclamp. So no jelqs. Just a quick thing.

note: I am almost always wearing oxball ball stretcher during sessions. No weights. I try to pull just the right amount of skin into it. First I slide it all the way up the back of scrotum, then sides, then front. Then I stretch flaccid and pull down the front just enough so it is level and balls are falling straight down. Once I get erect and put cockring on, I can microadjust so there's no extra skin. I realize the extra skin will probably never go away, especially while I am doing PE. Using correct cylinder diameter helps. When I jelq, use my other hand to make a very soft ring around base. Hoping that over time I stretch skin that is on the shaft instead of the skin around pubic area and scrotum. At the very least, I don't want to make it worse.

Yep. Looks like your glans being pressured too harshly due to the lack of headspace. We discussed this in other posts. Always have that extra headspace, even if it's just 1in.

I am pretty sure I only did 1 bathmate pump.. I am quite sure I did 4 pumps total. The expansion was pretty good. Don’t think I hit quite what I did last time though. Had usual issue with water trap being filled. I actually let it go up the other tubing a little, just not enough to get into the pump gun.

Another lengthy session for sure. I can’t do this everyday. Just too much time discreetly bringing all the gear into bathroom and getting it out after. I don’t know why it always takes me so damn long to get my sessions done. It shouldn’t take that long. You’d think with 5-6 mins pumps and 2-3mins inbetween it would only be like 20-25mins. Maybe tomorrow I’ll do a bathmate only pump and see how long it takes. I’ll time myself and see what happens if I rush a bathmate x 2.

I’d love to see an app that lets you load your equipment and start a routine just with simple pressing of buttons. And it timestamps everything so you can see actual timing. I think I spend too much time warming up and prepping things and time between sets.

I've been looking for that timer app for a long time now. The lap timers I've been using is not sophisticated enough. I even joked around with a few programmers to create an Android app at one time.

You are using the incremental pumping method. This is where Bathmate came in with its wide base design, but lack the foresight for restrictive pumping for optimal rigidity retention. You found the ED buster approach by clinicians.

EQ was pretty questionable at the start. First mityvac water pump the water trap was full because I didn’t go in completely hard. 2nd mityvac, was pretty close to max. Last pump, I was hovering near 100% as that previous pump up to 9Hg made my EQ soar. Expansion was excellent. I was at the 9.5 inch mark on the front of cylinder which matches up with an external ruler. I haven’t measured in a long time now. I said I was gonna wait until September since that would be my 6 month point of really consistent PE. But if I can get up to 9.5 inches when my original was 8.5, that seems like quite the expansion.

Btw, couldn’t you link up 2 water traps to expand it? Can you order just another water trap with connectors?

Really thinking that I need to just be willing to deal with questionable EQ in the beginning, especially if I was doing bundled stretches. I can't afford to have more than 5mins of space between pumps. At the 4 mins mark, need to just line up and take what I can get. After a few pumps, EQ will start to jump anyway as the effect of the pressure and also my pelvic floor relaxing accumulates.

Currently, the manufacturers got hints of our needs and spotted out mods. They spammed the flagship sites with 2 liters containers designed for vacuum devices and lowered the cost to a degree as well. So, the brothers are benefiting it to a great degree. Brother SIM and I are still using our mods to record our time in history.in leading the charge.

Expansion good. Almost hit 9.5 inches again final pump.

60minutes ‘cockring’ (took a durosleeve and cut 8 ½ inch strips and put all on. Works as a good cockring I think. Can adjust a bit. (unfortunately they are ripping already. Probably the oil breaking them down)

Surprised. No edema. I wonder if morning pump prepped. Or Maybe the heat?

Note: did pumping on corner of bed. Sleep number bed so it really softens.

A combination. Heat create malleability for expansion. Prep work further provide tissue expansion readiness, especially for the glans. I believe your glans is getting one heck of a conditioning for the past few months. The skin probably thickened up quite a bit.

Aren't SSJ typically pressing on glans? I mean, I've seen two methods, 1 OK grip on base and pressing over glans, and 2 OK grips. I do both.

SSJ has a lower compression force than the combo of OK grip with cock ring. We tend not to notice the small amount pressure increased, but the pressure for a tight cock ring increases drastically. Cock ring diameter don't change over time. Our OK grips do instinctively.
 
Hmm. I never push with all my might. My base grip with hand is tighter than the cockring. I gradually increase pressure like every 10 seconds. Things start to give then I increase. I respond to the expansion of the tissue relaxing, not forcing anything.

Noticed something weird. Was hand-clamping and just relaxing and noticed that clamping hand was easier to squeeze around but could feel blood going through. And when I loosened grip just a little and lightly stroked, my cock filled tremendously with blood like a balloon. Not sure if this is a trick. I know that I’ve been working on relaxing my pelvic floor which is definitely happening here. But the balloon filling up thing felt more dramatic than normal. I seemed to be better at it when clamping with left hand. I did a fair bit of hand clamping. I did just 1 cockring using 7 ½ pieces of duro sleeve for 10 mins. Was able to do ballooning like that as well.

EQ was really good during session. I wonder if redlight had any extra effect. I know that I hadn’t used it since before my move on 22nd.

It's not really a trick. It's more of a body's response. When you use your hand or a device to increase the constriction, your blood vessels sense a need for total vasoconstriction and released more vasoconstrictor agents to lock up that cavernosa l smooth muscles. When you relaxed your grip for sleeve, the body responses to the stimulus for relaxation of the smooth muscles and allow blood to flow. The immediate swelling is due to the back pressure along the arteries sending emergency blood volume into the penis for blood cycling, thinking that there was some issues happened earlier.

Damn, I spent a ton of time on PE today. Maybe this isn’t healthy.. but with my toe fracture, I'm not as productive.

I know the feeling. As brother huge-girth would say, split it into multiple sessions. Don't go too crazy with a powerhouse session. Split it into 3 if you must, reducing down to 1/2 routines each time rather than 1/3.

Not much after..

No edema. Expansion was good, up to 9.25 inches. It seemed like more expansion girthwise but hard to know.

Review of 1L water trap: superior. In many ways. When using the dinky water trap, the pressure dial always flies up a few notches then settles down. With the big water trap, pressure moves very consistently just like when pumping air. Also, as others have reported, with the small water trap, you really have to connect to the pump line AFTER first entering the cylinder. Otherwise, you push water into the tubing and waste that water fill. With the big water trap, this isn’t necessary. And of course, after 4 pumps, I don’t think the trap was even half full. I was able to wrap the tubing(without any kinks) around the faucet so the trap/jug was basically floating on the surface of bath so I can just hold the pump gun and focus on relaxing.

I think next session is going to be better now that I found how to set up the trap. Now I just have to enter the cylinder and start pumping. I was a little cautious at first because the pressure was moving differently but now I can tell it is more accurate.

Like what is the difference between being at 3Hg for 3mins then ramping up to 8Hg for 5 more minutes versus 8Hg for a full 8 minutes straight? Does the 3Hg count? Does it count more toward the 10 mins max?

Another question: If I am maxing pressure of my top set at 10Hg, how are my warmup sets affected? I’ve been treating 4-5Hg as my warmup because they are slightly above internal pressure of normal erection. But after that, do I need to increment 6,7,8,9,10?

I can understand if you pursue girth expansion over EQ during days you're not pumping a vagina. That's perfectly fine. But on days you're going to enjoy yourself, worry about the EQ.

If you're trying to improve EQ, don't wait on it. Work at it. Using low to moderate pressure, and then switch up to higher pressure using dynamic pressure approaches. For me, to "train" my EQ, my go straight to 5inHg even in my flaccid state after so many sets already, BUT, I get my natural erection up at this pressure. NO IFs or BUTs. Allow your pelvic flood to relax after achieving the erection to get more blood ready for further erectile pressure through quick and light kegels. If you must, get your heart rate up. I tend to get up, do a bit of stretching just to get the blood pressure to rise. If you're in a bath, just doing a few hip thrusts will get your blood pressure rising.

While I don't want any edemas or worst things, yes, what most matter is the proper pressure based on your current conditions. If you're fatigue, get out of the cylinder. If you're able to get your erection up, yet, do it inside the cylinder. As we suggested, get into the cylinder while you're erected. It's not needed at the start, but once you hit 3 to 5inHg, you must get your erection up.

Total internal pressure x time, yes. Total external pressure x time, no. External pressure only translates to 50% of internal pressure. That extra 50% or more must come from a full, strong erection.

Like what is the difference between being at 3Hg for 3mins then ramping up to 8Hg for 5 more minutes versus 8Hg for a full 8 minutes straight?
All based on your internal erectile pressure. You can be at 15inHg external pressure, but your internal remains at 50%, you're not benefiting anything but a nice donut penis with full of fluid retention.

Try 4inHg. 3 to 3.5inHg is considered average range of a healthy erection. Even at 4.5inHg for quite a few healthy men. This is why the 5inHg is the starting point of the magical growth. But once again, your penis must be at full erection to acount towards the 10 minutes. However, 10 minutes under pressure 3inHg is just a normal erection. 10 minutes under 5inHg may cause fluid retention. This is why we try to cap at 5 minutes. You can try 3inHg to 5inHg in a dynamic pressure rise and fall. 1 minute at 3inHg, 1 minute at 5inHg, and back and forth during a full erection. This will count toward the 10 minutes as optimal low pressure pumping.

Another question: If I am maxing pressure of my top set at 10Hg, how are my warmup sets affected?
None. Your warm up is either through warming media (blower, heated rice sock, etc) or through manual stretches and SSJ. Going from 0inHg to 10inHg without any of the mentioned is pumping weight at 200lbs without allowing your muscles to prep before hitting the heavy weights. You'll snap something.

BUT, when you hit max pressure at 10inHg somewhere in the latter sets, more blood brings in warmth and frictious expansion. That will be a continuation on the "warm-up" you're looking for.

4-5inHg is fine as a pre-workout expansion. If you use SSJ, it also counts toward the total warmup you're looking for. If you're just pumping, it may be the 3rd or 4th 4-5inHg before your tissues are sufficiently warmed up. It's a bit trickier to warm up soft tissues than your muscles.
 
Thanks for thorough response. What I mean about working up to 10Hg as top pressure is am I adding in more sets? Or once I am 'warmed up' I am ready to go to top pressure? Of course I am using heatpad, the usually bundled stretching and some various jelqs. And then I hop in bath where the bathwater is quite warm. The tissues are certainly warmed and the tunica is fairly primed.

Yes, you can. Try to do a dynamic pressure between 8inHg and 10inHg for one of the sets, or even a few more additional sets. What you're doing is causing expansion, contraction, and re-expansion, while maintaining a safe approach. Those who stay continuous at 10inHg will achieve the same as doing dynamic pressurization between 8inHg and 10inHg. It's not about the pressure you're forcing your penis to go under. It's about how much internal pressure you can push while using external pressure to assist internal expansion. You only need 30 to 60 seconds under the higher pressure to force your tissues to yield and expand. Going up and down does just that.

Or once I am 'warmed up' I am ready to go to top pressure? Of course I am using heatpad, the usually bundled stretching and some various jelqs. And then I hop in bath where the bathwater is quite warm. The tissues are certainly warmed and the tunica is fairly primed.
Once you're sufficiently warmed up, be the 1st pumping or the last pumping, if you know you're ready, go to the max your penis can handle. This is why SSJ before pumping helps with pre-expansion and you can manually control how much blood goes into the penis for expansion in the latter sets. It sounds like you're sufficiently warmed up just through the stretches and jelqs before pumping. You're pretty much primed to go high on the second pump (not the first). Up to 10Hg. Waited on 4Hg for at least 3 mins. Probably total of 8 mins. Too long in tube but expansion was rather good.
Only 5Hg. Mostly 4Hg. 10 mins. Wasn’t feeling it. Not quite erection I wanted..
Up to 10Hg. Total 10mins. Mostly at 4Hg. Felt the natural erection. too long in cylinder again..

Definitely edema. Not a great session. Stayed in pump too long. Took too long to regain natural erection. Was honestly feeling a bit bored. Pumping twice a day most days and looking at the same stuff gets stale. Also trying to be quiet. Can’t use vibrator in room.

Still not in normal swing of things after my move and foot slowing me down.

Still need to work on shortening my sessions. Problem with long sessions isn't just the time investment. Warmup: just warm water and jelqs. Bath was quite hot this time. When I got in I almost couldn't bear it. And I was sweating for the first 20 mins probably.

EQ was consistently poor..

Mityvac water pump 2.125x12” cylinder with 1L water trap. Alternate with hand-clamp holds and compressions(o-grip and over glans) holds 3-5mins total

I did not count my sets.. Was probably 6-8 sets. I did not feel like I was getting a natural erection at all until last set. I went into the pump only semi-erect. At first I figured I’d just use a few sets to get things moving but after the 3rd set, I was purposely going in semi-erect. Although I did not feel full erection, width expansion seemed there. I worked extra hard on the compressions between sets with theory that I could prime girth expansion even with a lazy pump. Who knows whether it worked…

5-6mins @4Hg then 5Hg for last 30s x 6-8 sets

Last set 7 mins @4Hg, 5Hg at 5m mark, got up to 8Hg.

I actually filled the water trap with so many sets lol.. I was so surprised I didn’t realize it, just thought pump was acting funny but it was actually a few inches from water going into pump gun..

I think I need to have more orgasms during the week. This abstaining so as not to affect my girthwork isn’t working. I think it affects me mentally. I am going to start having orgasm every other morning and go 2 a day pump sessions on the alternate days.

5mins @dynamic pressure 4-9. 15s up, 5s down. Up to 5,6,7,8,9. Did get natural erection.

In shower. Did some minor amounts of compressions and hand-clamps. Then used vibrator to have orgasm.
Dried off and started doing light jelqs. I wanted to see if I can pump after orgasm..

Went in at like 30-40% erection, 6mins @dynamic pressure Bottom 4Hg and top 5,6,7. 15s up, 5sec relax. I was getting natural erection. Had that slight restricted feeling often after orgasm.

Hmm. Not sure what is going on with my dick. 3rd day without pumping or anything aggressive and the discoloration and red/dark spots are more than ever. Last 3 days has just been masturbating with some hand-clamping and light squashes. Nothing aggressive. Using vibrator and coconut oil. Beginning to wonder if I've developed some reaction to coconut oil or something. Or maybe the hand-clamping is a bit new and I am reacting to that. I'm not squeezing for more than 1 min or so at a time. The foreskin below the inner foreskin is a dark purplish color. There doesn't feel like any bumps, its just discoloration. Feeling a little counterproductive if 3 days off pumping and the discoloration is getting worse. Maybe it's not the pumping at all.

Maybe I just literally leave my dick alone for 3-4 days and see what happens..

I think you may be developing reaction to coconut oil. Try to switch to olive oil. Do wash the oil off after a few hours of usages. It could be bacterial formation that irritate the skin after 6 hours.

As for the discoloration, that's definitely from the extra aggressive work using the hand clamping method. Worry not. Just make sure to cycle more blood through the penis more often by doing more erection work, or just ease up on the hand clamping method.

Based on the pressure. We tend to go crazy on the pressure without knowing.

The red spots can be from many things. If you haven't pump but just hand clamping, it's from an irritation, possibly caused by the oil. It's not because the oil itself, but possibly due to the bacteria brewing from deteriorated or old oil, or lots of sediment that can cause abbrasive friction. Don't stir the pulp, but try to further filter the sediment out the remaining oil. I have an ultra fine mesh to take out all the sediment from my coconut oil before usages. When it's new and sits at room temperature, the oil is separated between old sediments and liquid oil. As I get closer to the bottom, the liquid tends to contain quite a bit of sediment that you should stay far away from.

Pumping is indeed more effective, and you can measure where you are. Hand clamping is unmeasurable, and you can only "feeling". This has been discussed on so many front about clamping and aggressive jelqing by hand to the point of bursting blood vessels. Why? We can't tell how much force on days we think we are strong enough to take on very high aggressive workouts.
 
Hmm. Might be true. I am at the bottom of a huge costco tub of coconut oil. It's also pretty old. The top that has the exp date has worn a lot but I swear it says expired Oct 2021. I figured since I wasn't eating it that it was fine. I mean, I worked in the food industry for a long time so I know things go past their expiration date.. but maybe its finally met its time.

Nothing feels painful. At worst I think it was a bit itchy lately. Gosh, I hope that is it. I was thinking my discoloration was because I was finally hitting 10Hg. Guess I need to just throw that oil out finally. Some times bulk shopping backfires.

Yes. Stop using the old coconut oil and purchase new one that you've said you did. Use bacitracin ointment or hydrocortisone for the next few days to bring down the inflammation. Don't pump or jelq. Relax a few days.

Fractionated coconut oil is a good thing to have. It does lose a bit of the cold virgin coconut oil's benefits but it's the next best thing in line beside the overly processed one for pharma's usages.
