Downward Stretches Rock!!!

I had hit a plateau with my P.E. I had never really done any of the downward stretching because it never seemed like a big deal. Well let me tell you it is and now I fully understand why. Out of boredom I started pushing my penis down between my legs and holding it there. Thinking that it would loosen up my liggs a little and that it might help me with some other sexual positions having a looser hanging penis.

Well I started to notice that my penis looked longer. So I kept doing it and then my wife started commenting that "I was really getting in there deep" and I realized that my penis was not growing longer but it was dropping down lower and making more of my inner penis usable.

I thought that you really had to tug at your penis to get the inner penis out by that has not been the case. I just get really hard and force it down and in between my legs. I then clamp my legs together and hold it there and do kegals.

I have been doing this every other day for about a month along with some downward jelquing.

I'm loving it.

I lay on my back with my knees up. I hold it for a about two minutes then do some side to side stretches then do it again about 3 or 4 sets. My balls don't seem to mind they are pretty loose.
 
Aren't they great, Rob? I love them too--always have. I have made some of my greatest gains focusing solely on downward stretches.

You can also combine them to your jelq stroke. I found this to be a dynamite of a movement. I do a two to three second straight out jelq and then when I reach the end of my jelq stroke pull my penis down as hard as I can.

How quickly will the results be visible? Is is quicker than reqular stretching?
