I had hit a plateau with my P.E. I had never really done any of the downward stretching because it never seemed like a big deal. Well let me tell you it is and now I fully understand why. Out of boredom I started pushing my penis down between my legs and holding it there. Well I started to notice that my penis looked longer. So I kept doing it and then my wife started commenting that "I was really getting in there deep" and I realized that my penis was not growing longer but it was dropping down lower and making more of my inner penis usable.
I thought that you really had to tug at your penis to get the inner penis out by that has not been the case. I just get really hard and force it down and in between my legs. I then clamp my legs together and hold it there and do kegals.
