Get a hot pad and use it in bed at night, incorporating stretches under the covers. Jelq during shower. You just need to be creative.

You can do some pretty creative things under the covers. Do your edging and btc's under the covers. Try doing these before you jump out of bed in the morning. My flaccids are great that time of day.
