Ive been wondering if what im doing as a routine is actually worth something and that im not under/overdoing anything..
I've been noticing a longer flaccid and harder erections, but beyond that nearly no erect length and no girth gains.


Morning:
3x 1min stretch straight down
3x 1min stretch straight forward
3x 1min stretch straight up
3x 1min V Stretch
6x 1min BlueWhale ultimate stretch

After that i put on my Andropenis [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]Extender[/words] for about 6 hours (I stretch 1/2inch below BPenis EnlargementL)

Evening:
600 jelqs
50 Uli's


6days on, 1 day off

Any thoughts?

Looks like a nice stretching routine. Think about adding my V-SES into this, located in my signature as they really isolate the ligaments and I went from 8-8.3 inches in no time with them.
 
I would add a few sets of Rotary Stretches as these train angles your other exercises may miss.
 
You're doing 50 uli's, but for how long are you holding the uli? Like DLD said, why don't you stretch to the sides?

I only hold the uli's for about a second or so. Should i hold it longer? When i do them i see head expansion.

I didnt know the side stretches were that important! Should i do the rotaries or just implement side stretches?
