does stretching at the extreme base stretch ligament s?

I'm just wonderin if I'm doin this right. I'm stretching at the extreme base and I get a similar stretch when I do btc stretches. But when stretching at the extreme base my fat pad is pulled way out, and on the left and the right are my ligaments (I think) and man do they get stretched..even been worried of pullin em. Does this sound right?

And when you say extreme base, you mean the base of my shaft, right? Or the base of my balls AND shaft...? I usually do both and have been doin them all this time not exactly sure if my form is correct...
 
The lower your stretching point the more the stretch will contribute to expressive gains, or internal penis becoming exposed. If gripping at the extreme base you are doing a 100% Expressive Stretch, as you go up the shaft the stretch is taken more up by the ligament and Tunica or shaft gains. I always suggest all 3 major stretching exercises, 1. Internal Gains accessed through Expressive Stretching, 2.
