Do you ever have days where your EQ just blows santas sack? And your penis is just stiff and when you are hard its like half way up and still weak. Is this a sign i need to take rest days?
Maybe taking two or three days off in one month is great, allows the penis to recover n the penis absorbs the gains better.. but being honest i hate taking days off LOL
Listen to your body mate. And try and find out what it needs. But generally under grow spurts the penis will loose eq temporary. Breakes should be made. But in my experience it is more for your mind than for the penis (dont wanna think you lost your eq)

yup....i wanted to take a break today but was also feeling guitly for not doing PE...so i did 15 mins of strecthing and went into the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]Sg[/words] for a bit.....i think i will [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ace[/words] wrap for the entire day or PF at very low tension
If you have low eq alot then find a way to get it back by girthing better (not necessarily less), and doing lots of kegels. If you have weak boners it hurts expansion while training, and off.

If you have EQ problems or any kind of problem , take a 1-2 days off / week but if you don't , a day off is just a waste of time,it's just going to slow down your progress.
well i took a day off...but regarding kegels isnt it enough when i do them while jelqing.....everytime i jelq or am in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] i am constantly doing kegels to pump more blood .....isnt it enough or should i be doing more ????
I never took a day off with the exception of the week I had to take off when I hurt my frenulum. These days I do take days off but I am not seeking gains currently, just doing exercise creation.
