DLD What about days off and overtraining?

DLD, I have noticed that your training schedule is 7 days on with no rest days. It has been drilled into my head from other boards(Th*nd3rs Pl@ce) that rest days are necessary to promote gains. What I would like to know is why you practice this kind of a training schedule, why you think it is best for gains, and how, given the ever increasing intensity of the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] phase training, does one avoid getting into a situation of overtraining and hitting a plateau?
 
From what I've read here, DLD and some of the other mods and regulars absolutely train like beasts, but they'll tell anyone you have to listen to feedback your body gives you.
 
As far as i know DLD works 7 on 0off, but he would probly stress thats you should only do what works for you.
 
Took days off and it was all well and fine but, Sometimes it lead to a few days off and that was not good. Like DLD says listen to your body, why take time off if you dont need it?? Keep pumping and you'll be much better off in the long run!! I finally started Jelqing at 100% erect like DLD has been saying all along and it has made a MAJOR difference in my gains!!
 
I really think in the beginning you should take off days. I've seen a LOT of people on other boards complaining of no gains and 9 times out of 10 they are overtraining. Penis Enlargement vets have been at it a while and their penises are used to it, you sure dont want to send yours into shock, lol. Later when your body gets used to what you're doing to it the 7 day routine will probably be good for it.
 
Hi guys,I'm new to the board but have been Penis Enlargementing for about 2 years and it really does depends on your body.As for me ,I do my routines every day but sometimes I take a day or 2 off.
 
Well we can see what that when we take a break we need to be so strong with ourselves to return. If a break goes on too long it becomes a permanent vacation. PE needs to become second nature, it needs to be habitual and consistent and without these ingredient things can come to a complete stop.
 
I personally suffer from exactly from the "PE vacation" DLD mentioned and also tend to overtrain a bit. I am constantly working on the latter to keep some sense in what I'm doing and learning to listen to my body more and more.

I believe that the problem behind PE vacation for me was that I was too narrow-sighted and for years had my mind almost solely on my girth. Luckily I woke up from that and started working on different things at different times. And this actually was the great find for me: I can do different things at different times and moods or mind-sets! So obvious yet so elusive (for me at least)!

Now I'm building a new lifestyle with this new way of thinking and using this year to turn certain PE exercises to just pure routine (for an example: throwing in some bundled stretches every time I go to the bathroom and implementing the fundamentals of [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?64036-My-Best-Work-Ever-Penis-Enlargement-will-Be-Changed-Forever-gt-gt-Gain%20inches%20with%20SRT-Theory-and-Routine]SRT[/words] too of course) and it has felt like I've released my inner PE beast to do what ever it pleases! It feels extremely empowering to be able to do just something little that you know will affect you greatly in the long run!

Awesome, it sounds like you have matured to the point that you are ready to make things happen. We are behind you 100%! Start a progress thread, lay out your plan and measurements and start to kick some ass.
 
Off phases are very common in my life for a lot of things like playing an instrument. However I have a strong feeling that learning in the brain is still active - as a result I come back to the instrument I find myself having learned new things even after two weeks off. But PE gives me a maximum of two rest days in a row which appear non-periodic.

If I overtrain, my penis hurts on the next day when I touch it - mostly I will not pump then. If I don't pump though my libido gets stuck deep inside the body. I experience pressure and restlessness but don't get sexual aroused on the surface and don't have a valve to let off steam.
