I personally suffer from exactly from the "PE vacation" DLD mentioned and also tend to overtrain a bit. I am constantly working on the latter to keep some sense in what I'm doing and learning to listen to my body more and more.
I believe that the problem behind PE vacation for me was that I was too narrow-sighted and for years had my mind almost solely on my girth. Luckily I woke up from that and started working on different things at different times. And this actually was the great find for me: I can do different things at different times and moods or mind-sets! So obvious yet so elusive (for me at least)!
Now I'm building a new lifestyle with this new way of thinking and using this year to turn certain PE exercises to just pure routine (for an example: throwing in some bundled stretches every time I go to the bathroom and implementing the fundamentals of [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?64036-My-Best-Work-Ever-Penis-Enlargement-will-Be-Changed-Forever-gt-gt-Gain%20inches%20with%20SRT-Theory-and-Routine]
SRT[/words] too of course) and it has felt like I've released my inner PE beast to do what ever it pleases! It feels extremely empowering to be able to do just something little that you know will affect you greatly in the long run!
