hey i noticed DLD uses his other hand when streching could someone explain this to me? Also when stretching does he pull the skin back when pulling from the glans or keep it in place to get the skin to stretch too?

Doesn't everyone use both hands? I do retract my foreskin when stretching.
 
No i just use one, but tried just then and my god could i feel a stretch on the skin. Hey DLD have you any plans to make any videos or studies of expressive stretching, it would be really help, + that link for the videos worked a treat however cannot seem to work that whole section with uli listed at the bottom. Also what do you think about vindicators idea that trying to attack the ligaments at the base really builds base girth as a bodily defense mechanism and his idea about 10% jelqing.

Ps Will using the second hand on the stretch help with stretching both ligs and tunica?

I am not clear on the vindicators idea, do you have a link so I can refresh my memory? As far as a new video is concerned we are in the planning stages of a 2nd and 3rd disk that will include many exercises that were not on the first. Release date is unknown. Every stretch affects the ligaments and tunica, the amount of affect has been associated with Bib's lot theory. Basically the higher the angle the more it stretches the Tunica, the lower the angle the more it stretches the ligaments.

According to the LOT theory, any downward stretching lower then you LOT. I have never based my stretching solely on this theory. Although I do take it under advisement I still believe there is a vast potential in multiple angle stretching.

Maybe you could go into more depth with multiple angle stretching i have never seen a thread on it yet.
 
That might be helpful indeed. I rarely stretch in all directions--mainly downward because of the LOT theory and my initial gains. (I combined the jelq with a downward stretch).
