DLD and your early days in PE?

Alright mate,

Just curious but did you gain consistently over your first year or did the gains just randomly appear at different times?
I made about 1/2 inch in 3 weeks in length and now i havent gained anymore? Heres my routine for length.
modifyed stretch left and right supersetted 1 min x3 on each side
blue whale stretch 1 min x 4 sets
not sure what its called where i pull my penis under my left cheek thigh and pull up and out the sus lig
1min x 3 sets each side
2 or 3 sets of cranks 60 rot.
Any advise to get my nbpel up too 7'' would be great.

The gains came in bunches really. I would have a period of about 4-8 weeks where gains would seem stagnant but consistency came through and a gain would come. In my first 6 months I gained the fastest at 2" in this time period. I did not measure until six months in so I am not sure how the initial gains manifested but as I progressed the gains slowed and I would need to add more intensity to see the gains. This really meant little to me as I was in for the long haul. I would say every couple months new gains would show up. I have been at this for over a decade:)

Is this what you have been doing since the beginning or has it changed?
 
It has changed from the beginning. i started with stretch left, right, down, up and cranks 3 sets of 30 secs. Now i hold for 1 min maybe more. My workouts are the most intense they have been so far. I try and increase the intensity all the time and i read up alot on exercises you have come up with and incorporate them in my routine. i guess ive got to be patient, i pull hard on the stretches cos im quite strong and have a good grip. My flaccid hang has gone from about 4 '' hang to sometimes 5 3/4'' but mainly 5'' so there is gains but i hope that it transfers to nbpel gains??

I would not change up the routine so much, pick one routine an stick with it until gains are tapped out. Like I said, give a routine some time to work. The worst thing is when you are about to break through and you change the routine. I say a solid 8 weeks on any given routine until reevaluation starts. Sounds like you are right on track, patience will help:)

Don't be scared to step up the intensity in the exercises when you feel ready. Jelqing 300 strokes can be very light or very intense, always try to push the intensity!
 
I really on use jelqing as a warm up now. I do [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]ssj[/words]'s into a wall and use my body weight to squash like Still does and some uli's . I'm about 5'' maybe just over when erect but can get to 5 3/4 after 3/4 of an hour of girth work. So yeh always pushing the limits. Again hope these temp gains get cemented.

Hey DLD, hope your well? He made big gaines quite quickly. My question to you is in your early days ie the first six months did you wrap after workouts or do anything to help cement gains post workouts???
