Just curious but did you gain consistently over your first year or did the gains just randomly appear at different times?
I made about 1/2 inch in 3 weeks in length and now i havent gained anymore? Heres my routine for length.
modifyed stretch left and right supersetted 1 min x3 on each side
blue whale stretch 1 min x 4 sets
not sure what its called where i pull my penis under my left cheek thigh and pull up and out the sus lig
1min x 3 sets each side
2 or 3 sets of cranks 60 rot.
Any advise to get my nbpel up too 7'' would be great.
